At VMware, I led globally distributed designers, design managers, and technical writers across CloudHealth and Secure State. At Cisco, I built and led the design team for vManage and SD-WAN experiences.

My earlier security work includes identity and access management, service catalogs, cloud security services, and next-generation firewalls at IBM and HP.

I led multidisciplinary design teams across behavior-change experiences, connecting research, product, and engineering across web, mobile, and Apple Watch.

The broader portfolio supported Aetna’s 20 million members and contributed to $40M+ in annual cost savings—an organizational outcome, achieved through collaborative work.

As a Design Director at SAP, I led discovery and Design Thinking engagements and stayed hands-on with interaction design and high-fidelity prototyping.

The NHL Coaching App brought that approach to a demanding environment. Our team earned the 2019 SAP Innovation Award for Design.
